Im kinda new in this, I just bought a script for a website. What I found out is that the script lack of Search Engine optimization. I have already worked on its META tags thing, like Tittle, Keywords bla bla. But I think its still not enough.

Unlike Wordpress or Blogger site, although you don't do anything with it, Google pretty much picking up the content very quick, especially if the content is unique.

Also, Wordpress has so many plugins for SEO friendly to choose from. Q: Is there away for me to use Wordpress plugin for my site that is not using Wordpress?

Is there anything equal to "wordpress plugin" to use for a non-wp website? what is it? thanks

You can't use wordpress plugins on a site that does not have wordpress. If I were you I would stick with what I know, if you know wordpress is affective then use it on all of your sites. It will make things alot easier for you.

Google likes blogs better than static sites but get more links and have plenty of great content. the static site will rank better than the blog. It just takes a little more work to compete with a blog.

I just started wordpress blog and I installed the seo all in one, it helps you to optimize the blog, for website, there is no plugin or else you want to edit or develop a script for yourself.

Start by searching 'SEO checklist' on google and you will find a list of the on page factors you need to consider. Although these things are basic they should be done properly.

Then you need to build content that appeals to you visitors and undertake off page optimisation.

    Good luck with your site.
