You may want to check out How to Optimize for Yahoo!

Just being indexed is one thing, getting a good SERP is another.

You can do a search on how to optimize your site for yahoo, I have no experience in yahoo optimization. Almost all my traffic comes from google.

well, make sure u sign up with yahoo siteexplorer and authenticate your site.

it will index everything so fast and the tracking of pages system in yahoo siteexplorer is very comprehensive.

I do not really understand why you need to optimize for yahoo? because you are using YPN? it doesn't matter to be honest, as long as all your site is properly optimize for keywords, it's fine, and don't rely only on one search engines. because I always thought about big 3 in SEO because they bring quite alot of traffic, granted google will bring maybe more than 50%

Do you have a sitemap? That's something that would help Yahoo indexing your site.
