Hi I have a single sales page website and although I have made good inroads into seo on certain keyphrases I wondered what your thoughts were with further seo? I'd say the the main issue is around the page title(being just 1 page) and how to optimize for maybe up to 10 keyphrases. The page should easily contain enough relevant content. I'be just added some more backlinks so it is currently doing the good old google dance but the sales page is here. WWW.asapiano.com. Thanks in advance Shayman
Here's a tip, after glancing at your site and your code... re: your title tag: Current: A.S.A.Piano! - Easy To Learn Songs & Tunes For Beginners To Piano or Keyboard - Video Tutorials & Lessons For Beginners To Piano - Learn To Play Piano or Keyboard Fast - Simple Piano & Keyboard Songs For Beginners Good rule of thumb: crawlers only look at the first 60 characters or so (some say 75, some say 65), so take out the unnecessary words and get those keywords to the front.
I would recommend including some of the 10 keywords in the title, some of the keywords in h1 tags and some of the keywords in bold
first i suggest you use html +div+css to build this page the simper the better write good article with proper keywords density, then build quality backlinks to your website
Hey all. Thanks for your useful replies so far. Just so as you know, the web page does rank well for various keyphrases, page 1 for terms like Easy Beginners Piano Songs, Easy Beginners Piano Tunes etc...but like anything there is always room for improvement and fine tuning and naturally I want to achieve the very best I can. (it's currently Google dancing so please don't bother searching at the minute) The site designed is entirely table free and is divs, CSS and there are H1, H2 and H3 tags throughout, so I think tis is the right way to go and is probably why the site is doing reasonably well. Here is my BIG question with regards to the title. I understand about the crawlers only looking at the first 60 or so characters, so what is the best way to write a title. For instance if the same word is repeated twice i.e a title like this: 'Easy Songs & Tunes For Beginners To Piano or Keyboard|Learn To Play Piano Quickly' is one of the uses of the word 'Piano' a wasted word? Should that be replaced with another keyword? Would this be a better title: 'Easy Songs & Tunes For Beginners To Learn To Play On Piano & Keyboard' Would the above title incorporate many different keyphrases such as: Easy Beginners Piano - Easy Beginners Piano Songs - Easy Tunes For Beginners To Keyboard and so on? Sorry for the many questions but I'd appreciate some further advice. Regards Shayman
i think there is a problem in the title tag. the code is not appropriate. correct them. and also the keywords are not properly in the description and the title tag. correct them and start back linking again. thanks
