Hi Guys.... I have new flash site, and there is any other procedures in optimizing such sites other than normal HTML sites. I don't wanna make the site to go down in serps Thanks in Advance
Actually SERP's don't prefer flashy sites, by the you didn't mentioned your site. Try to use Header tags, use keywords min.5-10 and use your keywords in the title but do not spam. Now as usual you have to do offpage optimization techniques..
It doesn't a big problem. Now a days Google consider flash site as like the html. Google crawls all the content, links included in the flash file. So, keep on maintain good content, links as like in the html content. Do optimization, surely your site will get into serp ASAP.
Well since it is a flash site, I suggest to build strong links pointing to your main site. It will be your best bud to keep your ranking stable. Don't expect you'll beat high pr sites with your flash sites. It's pretty hard to rank for competitive KWs in that case.
I used to run a flash site a couple of years ago and SEO was a little bit of a nightmare. Google kind of read the flash but not fully. I had to have a html site mirroring the flash one. If the flash site didn't show then the html one was used but when SE crawled the site they would only see the html site. worked ok but was abit of a pain. Suppose it's different now as google is trying to see inside of .swf's.
