Google now allows you to submit video sitemaps using Webmaster Central. Video sitemaps are integrated into your website’s XML sitemap and must include at least the following five elements: Title Description Play Page URL Thumbnail URL Raw Video File Location
Just create a video in youtube ,set into your website , optimized that related title , descriptions keywords that's all.
Most of the videos (which were embedded in the website/page) will be crawled and show in the search results. For example: upload your video to Youtube, grab the embed code and place it in your website/page and wait, google will show the video in the search results (make sure that the video is relevant to the page/website's content). Google may take more time to show the video in the search results and the time taken by the google is unknown either it is a faster or slower.

When you upload video on any website so always put titles of video with description and keywords and also keep video name with your target keyword and company name.
