    Meta tag, title tag and Content optimization.

    Off-page optimization includes:
    Link building
    Article syndication
    Press release distribution
    blog comment posting
    Forum participation

    In all above activities use your targeted keyword in Anchor text

    That's a huge question!

    Firstly, as mentioned above, start with OnPage optimisation. Make your page Google-friendly by putting your keywords in your TITLE and H1 tags and first paragraph of copy.

    Secondly, you need to build lots of relevent backlinks with your keywords in the anchor text.

    This is a very brief description. You'll need to search specifically for details on how to acheive each one, but there's plenty of help out there.
