Many of the existing companies will do white-label deals where you can sell their service under your own brand. You set the rates, do the marketing, customer service, etc., and then pay an agreed-upon rate to the actual provider for your customers' usage.

The alternative is to raise a few hundred million dollars, get a licence from the government, and build out your own network.

Your best off just to offer the services through affiliate programs. Zero startup.

But how to open a wireless Internet provider. it would be cool to use that kind of service on a cell phone. Customers will register , and pay per month. They can use that service on their mobile phone , they can talk free on mobile.. only paying monthly..
Is there any tip of how to open a wirelss ISP service ? maybe buying some bandwidth from other ISP companies ?

i think opening a wireless ISP will depend on the wireless service provider... lets say verizon is offering cell phones they will not allow someone to have access to there mobile users because that way they will loose revenue from the internet service they are providing

in other words i dont think it will be possible

    OR

are you talking about opening something like EDGE ?

I dont know much about EDGE technology. Not sure.. There ISP with CDMA technology. They are giving you a telephone number. And you are paying for monthly fees. And you will have some traffic limit too, to use per month.. So why it is not possible ti run wireless ISP ?

Find an existing company that is willing to partner with you
