How to open webpage in web editor?

    if you don't have the webpage go to file -> save as and save it locally on your harddrive

    then open it like I-G4L said

    also you can open the file by opening frontpage and using file-> open ...

    Open IE7, Click On the "Page" button on top right, Then you will see "Edit with Microsoft Office Frontpage"

    Thats it.
