I've wanted that in the past too! The ability to highlight a whole paragraph of text that had several links in it, right click, and have each link open in a new tab... Sounds great! :D

In Opera, there is a default multi page function, I think that would be easier

The only way that I know to do it in FF would be to assign all links to a new group/ folder in your bookmarks which then give you the option to open all things in that folder at once.

So, unless you visit all of the pages regularly it is a bit more work than just Ctrl+Clicking all links.

I am sure there is a way to do this, I know in msn if you copy links ( For Me Anyways ) Ctrl+C it will open whatever links there are in IE windows so I would assume FF can do it as well!

I'm interesting in doing it in IE. What do you do? Ctrl+C just copies the highlighted links. How do you make them all open?

You can set many pages as your homepage so every time you open a FF, all of those pages will load.

Or you can just place them in one folder in your bookmarks.

There's an "open all in tabs" feature in Bookmarks section in FF. Just bookmark all your sites under one folder that you want opened in one hit and click that.

What about if they are not sites that you regularly visit.

For example: How about at the end of a wikipedia article, where it says "See also" and there is a list of links for further research. Say I want to highlight all 10 links and give it one click and have all 10 links open in a separate tab. Is there anyway to do that with FF or IE??

There are loads and loads of firefox addons available for that.

You can use imacros or session manager to save a particular browsing session, so that you can open the same tabs(websites) with a single click.

If you want to open multiple links on the same page, you can use the all-in-one mouse gestures addon to select multiple links with a mouse gesture - this is very helpful, especially while viewing artistic websites.
