How to open Computer Managment from Win 10 recovery mode MS-DOS only

    Hello, I'm trying to open Computer Management window only from MS-DOS recovery mode command prompt. Please help?

    let me tell you a little bit about what I'm trying to do maybe you can help me better. When I log into windows it asked me to be online and use my online password. I didn't want that so I want to disable it. So I went into computer management then user account service and set a password there( I wish I didn't). when I reboot I enter my online password in Windows get stuck at the welcome screen just loading forever. How can I change it to remove the password I put in user account service?

    Never mind I fixed it using system restore. Then I changes user login setting to use locan account.
