A .bin file is the binary image of a CD or DVD, and it can be opened by creating a new text document and typing in the proper information. Select and open a .bin file to create a new virtual drive with help from an IT engineer in this free video on computer files.

Depending on the website or Bittorrent server, if you download a copy of a game it will usually be a BIN or ISO file. Unlike an executable file, a BIN file is a binary copy or complete disk image of a CD or DVD disk. In order to install the game or program, the disk image must first be burned onto a recordable CD or DVD. Unlike an ISO image, to open or burn a BIN file you must have a CUE file as well. A CUE file is a list of instructions for burning the BIN image. Sometimes the corresponding CUE file is missing when you download a BIN file. Follow these steps to create a CUE file so you can open and burn your BIN image.

    try Daemontools.
Basically search for any "image mounting software". Then read reviews and pick someone you like.
If you require tutorials, just head over youtube.
