I'm looking for a bank that allow non american open a bank account. I'm from vietnam, i want to use paypal and some other service but they dont allow vietnam bank, so, i want to open a US Bank account to use and use for other. I find many website on internet, and see this: http://www.bank-account-usa.com/ They have a service that show me the bank and i dont know what bank they will show me. As they said, they only show me the bank, and other information, all they do is show me the bank and after that they can help me, but i still dont believe . So, anyone here that live outside us had been open a US bank account please help me. Show me the bank and all i need do to open a US bank account. Thank you so much!
