As far as I understood it, facebook is used to build a brand image for yourself. I have not heard of strategies on how to actually sell things there (apart from the ads). Would interest me as well!
Earning money through fb is only possible if ur application developer.....developers earn money with ads in their applications Rest i dnt think their's any other way to earn mny frm fb.....you can use fb pages to drive traffic to ur site...and earn frm ads on ur site....
I've been experimenting in email/zip submit offers with facebook fan page. So far it makes profit. Not much but not bad
