Hey guys. How can one obtain chat IM MSN chat history without the save history function enabled. Need to retrieve old messages from certain contacts. I have all hard drives that I have chatted from, if that helps. Thanks in advance
MSN Messenger select the Tools menu, Options. menu item, and then the Messages tab. At the bottom of the dialog is an item labeled: Message History. Select it and your conversations will be recorded in the directory listed in the box below.
As far as i know, unless you specify to save them prior to the conversation happening there is no way to retrieve the conversation. Thats why as soon as i install MSN i also install messenger plus cos it does it automatically
