I'm interested in learning how to obtain big and legit traffic like those vendors that are selling traffic as a service. I guess vendors work with averages, they post links in fully loaded sites and they control with google analytics the traffic to another webs but aint sure. If they are not using proxy nor bots then: How to measure the traffic they are "sending"? How to control the limit to stop sending traffic to the customer? How to quarantee the REAL traffic is REAL? I can't find any ebook or tutorial explaining all this, and I think ppl would like to know this.
We have placed code (and pay publishers with high traffic sites to place this code) to produce a popunder as visitors enter or leave their site. This window loads under the existing the window unknown to the visitor. As the window opens a request is sent to our adserver script which holds the information for the sites of our advertisers. An advertisers URL loads in the window, the visitor closes the browser window he/she was surfing, and there it is - another browser window loaded under the one the visitor has closed containing your site.
That's forced visits, right? users navigate thus http://www.bugonptc.com for example to get visits for their sites, but they are obligated to visit another sites and refer ppl.... could be named "mandatory traffic". I think the kind of user browsing our sites in that case is more interested in close the page when loaded than purchase things in the sites. Thanks for replying
