How to NOT show a post on the front page

    I have several posts in my wordpress blog that i DO NOT want shown on the front page, is there any plugin or something that will help me achieve this?

    Simple way will be to change the date and time of the post, hence only new post appears on the front page. :)

    thanks for the reply humm, but i'de rather not do that, as then they will appear on page 2/3/4 etc instead...

    was just looking for a plugin or something that would give a checkbox or something to publish the post to a category, but not to the front pages

    Hmmm. Same auther as KGL's suggestion, but this one let's you opt-in posts by category for showing on front page.

    Either way, looks like you should find what you want there.
