Hi, Whenever I send payments from my Paypal business account, my phone number is displayed. How do I not display the phone number?? I have seen other people send money to me, and their phone numbers are not displayed.
It's so annoying! I would also like to know how to remove the number. Dunno if I'm missing something in preferences or what.
You can remove the phone number from your profile and it will never be displayed. But it is advised to display the phone number as any proper business would do that and paypal likes to do business with those who take their business seriously, i had my paypal limited permanently twice due to various problems but they never ever asked for any documents from me as everything is very clear in my account and all fields asked for them (whether compulsory fields or optional fields) is already filled by me since the starting of the paypal account and that has helped me in getting my restrictions lifted within a few days of them going limited.
