How to noindex 301 redirects?

We have a site with a lot of 301 redirects. Like this:
    http://www.example.com/go.php?id=1000

All of these redirects are getting indexed by Google which is bad as they sometimes rank above our real content :(

So is it possible to noindex them somehow?

We can't do it in the metatags as go.php isn't a file that exist. It's just a way to identify the redirects.

We have been thinking about noindexing the go.php redirects through robots.txt, but how should we do that without damaging the rankings of our real content?

    Thanks,
    Mads

How long have said redirects been set up as they should replace naurally after time, can take a while though.

They have been set up ~1 month ago. I don't think they will replace over time, as far as I can see Google thinks they are real pages.
