I was looking for some stuff (GOOD stuff) on this subject because I'm seeing that THIS is where the top dogs on the internet make ALL their money. I found and bought this manual, and um, it kicks butt. Take you by the hand kind of stuff. Anyway, I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about this subject really fast.
