How to move WordPress website from one host to another?

    Try exporting it in quick way and not custom.
    And in your new database, drop all tables and then try importing.
    Start your own thread if you have anymore problems :)

    Ooooo you're going with 1and1 hosting? There have been a lot of issues with wordpress sites on their systems.

    That is of course if they don't suspend you first for resource hogging. They only provide 256MB of memory in their accounts as HostGator does, except they oversell twice as much.
