My blog is now 'established' in my eyes; it has currently 245 articles, has been online for 4 months now and in terms of income, its currently stable along with the traffic. I've already picked up enough attention that I've got 2 other sites linking back to me, and even a TLA sale. Now my next stop is, how to move on ahead? I've been REALLY busy this past month, doing NO advertising for the site except for 2 contests which put a big hole in my pocket and didn't really deliver many results as I expected. 4 months down the line and now I'm averaging 500 - 600 UNIQUE visitors a day without any sort of work on my side (except for obviously posting the content, but at the moment all the work for me is simply hitting the post button as I've already got the content lined up for another few weeks). For now there seems to a few problems; one is that I'm making $1 a day, which sometimes even drops lower then that. Another is that im stuck on 500 - 600 views a day, not dropping, but not increasing in anyway aswell. The main way of advertising that had before got me up to 2000 uniques in a day average was through StumbleUpon but with very few clicks and input from SU users, I find that way of marketing not very useful. So my main question is, where do I go from here? Do I go back to SU or try another way of marketing? Or since I'm in a good position, shall I consider selling off the blog to someone who knows how to make it work? And before I forget, the blog im talking about is: http://blog.advoor.net/
I would take down the Feedburner widget that shows how many people are subscribed to your blog. It only shows 11. That is a turn off for some people when they see that low number. I would wait until you are over 100 before putting it back up. Try to get some more link exchanges. There are plenty of sites out there just like yours that would be more than happy to exchange links. Put up a thread in the link exchange forum here to get some exchanges going.
