I cannot see that Yahoo siteexplorer shows many such links for iwebtool.com

    Could you provide some examples?

    About the calculation part...

You should know that each PR has a certain amount of points.
    Here are they:

    PR3: 10 point
    PR4: 100 point
    PR5: 1000 point
    PR6: 10000 points
    PR7: 100000 points

If you have a PR4 and would like to get a PR5 you need about 1000 points
This means if you buy a text link on a PR5 site you'll get 1000 points/amount of other links on that PR5 page

So for example if that PR5 links to 10 other sites you'll only get: 1000 points/10= 100 points

So you need to get your site listed on about 10 PR5 pages with the same amount of out-links to go from PR4 to PR5

    Another example:
If you have a PR5 and would like to go to PR6 you need about 10.000 points extra
    Buy for example a PR7 that has about 10 out-links and you'll get: 10.000/10= 1000 points
So you'll need to buy 10 from that to go to PR6

The higher you wanna go, the tougher (and expensive) it gets
If you can get your site listed on a PR7 which ONLY links to your site (in your dreams) you'll receive a PR7 pretty fast too

It's just simple math and out of experience i know that most of these numbers are correct :D
