How to move a forum to another hosting

    Yes my friend has a forum and it has more 5000 user registered on it he wants to move to a different hosting without losing any of his posts or users is there away?

    Yes.

    1. Backup the forum's database from the old host.
    2. Install blank forum software of same type / version on new host.
    3. Import database backup from old host into the new database on the new host, copying the data in the backup on top of the default data.

    You can use either PHPMyAdmin or BigDump (Google it) to import the database.

    Whats your database size ? Phpmyadmin wont help if it is too big.

    You need external scripts. I'll PM you the link if you cannot do it via PHPMYADMIN. Let me know ;)

    well Im not sure i haven't made the backups yet there is more then 5000 users registered and lots and lots of posts

    If the SQL dump is huge, and to big for the actual import via phpmyadmin you'll need to upload the sql dump on to the FTP and download bigdump http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php and read the instructions i personally use this, and works fine every time.
