    yeah.. GOAL is the perfect word to motivate. goal that must be S.M.A.R.T

    S-pecific
    M-easurable
    A-ttainable
    R-ealistic
    T-ime bound

    So let's all have a SMART GOAL fellas!. =)

    Yeah its very important to motivate in an online business i usually write down task on post it notes and cut them as completed it also give some feeling of accomplishment. You can also set some rewards like if you completed certain task you'll have a dinner with your pal etc.
