How to motivate a lazy ass like me?

I am lost...no goal, no passion...i don't even want money...

My biggest problem is that i don't know what i want...i don't have any direction so i just do a little bit of this and a little bit of that...i am doing ok right now..which is even worse since i don't have to work hard...

I am just stuck....

There is no problem that liquor cannot solve.
Alcoholism is the answer.

That's what i 've been trying to do...but so far..none...it is just sad...

 

Then make it your goal to find a goal....

 

I Know exactly how you feel - Nothing motivates you - You would rather be out on the street than even lift a finger to prevent eviction - You have never had or you have lost your carrot so to speak - You are just smart enough to maintain a nearly nonexistent life.

A lot of times it comes from growing up in a high level of chaos - Some people act in kind and create chaos some like yourself and myself react by doing nothing - but wanting the silence -

Or you could be a big cheese eating doof that is just messing with our heads! Either way - I wish the best for you and hope you find your goal/carrot/motivation - I am still looking too...

Maybe you should try learning something..

You could become very good at playing pool, or learn ruby on rails.. Or maybe learn german..

 

All kidding aside - If you had not written that post - I was about to in a couple more hours - So you are not alone - Glad you could reach out - maybe we could help one another when things get stupid and our wiring comes unraveled.

I think you should take a break and relax for some time. Maybe you're overworking which is making you like this. Go out with your friends, and enjoy life You'll feel much better after that.

Is hard to find something u love if everything looks sucky, but sometimes just chatting about stuff can help u find what u enjoy doing - and then just do it

 

Go for a vacation. This will refresh your mind.

Well, what do you enjoy doing? Nothing?

Judging from your 4,000+ post count here, you obviously enjoy posting in forums. Is the forum in your sig yours or a paid link? If not, they start a forum. I started my first forum 5+ years ago after realizing how much I liked forums. Now I have 6 and they keep me from becoming too bored.

Either that or start a new site about something that you enjoy. It's easy to get bored and depressed when your site has no traffic though, so be sure to have a marketing strategy planned out ahead of time.

 

Hmm i think a girlfriend will motivate you enouf

 

If a girlfriend did not so far, then I don't know, man.....
