How are you currently monetizing your blog?
Adsense and affiliate marketing is good, however I think that more money can be making selling ad space and post links using pay per post.

Is anyone doing pay per post monetization?

I know couple of people, who make a killing from it by selling 200 word posts from $15-50 per post.

Digital Point forum actually has a section, where you can offer that.

I recently requested some pay per posts and within 2 hours I had over 50 offers.

@alexei_aus Wow. Those are certainly some great results for the pay-per post model. I've actually paid a good number of bloggers to write articles on their blog and include links for a few of my clients. I've found it to be much less expensive than working through a traditional broker.

I've never monetized my own blog in that way, however.

One thing that has worked well for me is the combining my blog with an email list and promoting products internally to only my list. My list only has a few hundred people, but I provide them with regular content each week at the same time so its pretty active. From there I can recommend affiliate products or recently I created my own Beta product and made it available exclusively to my list members. This worked really well as many of them had been reading my own stuff for a while and were ready to purchase the beta version of my product.

I'll be launching the final product in just a few more months and might combine it with some affiliate materials. We'll see.

I have never tried pay per post, but I find it interesting...

Currently I'm only monetizing my blog by using affiliate links to a few products that I personally use.
