How to monetize non-us traffic.

I am running YPN and Amazon on one site and it does fairly well for US traffic (I geotarget YPN).
If I put Adsense on the rest of the time, my earnings per click on the adsense account goes down (tried it twice).
My Amazon links also go only to the us site.
Additionally I have some CJ ads.

I put some Chitika on, but after 35k impressions, 4clicks and $0.44 revenue I ditched it again.

Here are some questions I am having to montetize on the non-us traffic:
-How can I geo-target my Amazon ads (e.g. visitors from Germany get directed to Amazon.de with my affiliate id)
-How can I geotarget CJ ads (I guess I have to sign up with a lot of international advertisers?)
-Are there any really good international programs (I get a bunch of Traffic from Europe)

I'd appreciate some tips, the only thing I won't do is popups and interstials (don't know how to spell that), no matter how much money they bring.

regarding the adsense bit, did the earnings per click for the US visitors actually go down, or just it went down overall?

overall is to be expected and isn't a big deal...

if I have one page that averages 50 cents a click and all the rest of my pages average 5 cents, should I only run adsense on the 50 cents page? of course not.

I only served those to non-us visitors. But when I had adsense enabled, I actually made less because it would affect another site.
This other site gets a lot less clicks (and less traffic) but every time i add the clicks of this site, I get more clicks and less money.
Its just a thing I have experienced. No clue if it is smartpricing or my stupidity but I'd like to know some other options for non-us traffic.

I have an adnetwork. I could fill up the adspace inside your site. What is the link to your website?

    Regards,

I am talking about complex CPC and CPM programs. How many uniques and how many pageviews do you have?

That's ok then. We currently accept sites that have a minimum of 5K per day. Would you like some login information?

Sure. Just PM them to me. I don't want to post this stuff in public.
Also the 8k are pageviews not uniques. I get about 1.5k uniques on the site.
