I guess your best bet would be adsense. India has huge Internet users now (more than 300 million). But still most of the people aren't used to online shopping. Forget about India even in countries like USA people are still reluctant to do shopping online but nowadays they are used to digital products. Another tip; India is a country with wide variation. On the one side there are Billionaires and on the other there are people struggling to make enough money to eat. I have sold very expensive products in India but I failed to sell to middle class families in India. So in short if you don't want to experiment then go with adsense.
