That's a lot of traffic. Advertisers will be all over that. Place PPC links to other funny things or prints and related items. Keep it within your niche. I find that Adsense is great as well, but sometimes takes a while to earn. I would write a few articles and send them to article sites like Squidoo and Hubpages. You can also monetize on these sites, not to mention they will increase your page rank for targeted keywords. Just my two cents.
