Hi guys, Currently have a lil' bit more of 3000 email subscribers to one of my blogs using feedburner and feel is a good time to start monetizing the daily email newsletter. Any ideas on how to start, how to do it, what options should I look for? Thx! AL
Don't call it a "newsletter" any more. It's now a personal extension to your business. This means that you no longer give a basic "We did this, this and this over this month" and instead give out a personal email from yourself and addressed to your reader. This will then open the door for to recommend affiliate products and hopefully see some comissions come flowing in. You can also JV with other businesses in your niche... yes - competition if you will - and recommend their products to your list for comission. It's all a lerning curve
Affiliate links or advertising is the best way. ALthough pulling readers back to your site to make purchases is probably even better. Google recently launched a newsletter adsense tool in beta. Although I think it has now been pulled back???
