I have installed the "PowerComment" plugin in my blog Wordpress:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/powercomment/

The textarea need to have determinate caracteres numbers for can be submited.

If not have the numbers caracteres necessary, it get alert the message and stay red the textarea, look:

I want only change that red for any other color, e.g: yellow.

    How I do?

That plugin is developed in Jquery.

Look powercomment settings in your wordpress admin panel and change the "design" part

Yes, I do it, but that setting change only the alert messages in bottom textareas and inputs. Don't change the own red of textarea comment... Have to do it in any part of code of own plugin...
