How to Micro Geo-Target?

Thanks for the help. I have a few questions about localisation.

I am an emergency callout electrician in an English town called Newport.
I'd like some advice on how to best target my new wesite for phrases like 'townname emergency callout electrician' on Google UK. In order of distance from my base, I would like to to target the following town names:

    1. Nearest Town: "Newport" : Post Code "PO30"
    2. Slightly further: "Binfield" : Post Code "PO30"
    3. Towns slightly further out still: "Whippingham", "Wooton Common", "Camp Hill", "fishbourne", and numerous others.

While I am mobile, and do travel to my customers, it is *generally* best for me to travel as little as possible. I have a few minor complications:

    1. "Binfield" has very wealthy residents, who I would call my 'primary target customers'.
However, while "Newport" is large enough that I could see someone typing in to Google "computer help northwood", "Binfield" is so small, and has so little there, other than houses, that I doubt many people wiould consider typing in "emergency callout electrician binfield". the place is so small, people would probably think it a wasted search, before even trying.

Additionally some people might search by Postcode (our form of ZIP Code) rather than town name.
The likelyhod is less, but one postcode covers both Priority Areas 1 & 2.

What would be the best way to target customers in the Prioity order 1,2,3 stated above?
I was thinking pages on my site called "newport-emergency-electrician-callout" "wooton-common-emergency-electrician-callout" and "PO38-emergency-electrician-callout" might be a start.
If so, is there a way of delmiting to spiders the "wotton common" bit as a fixed phrase in the dash seperated page name, rather than seperate words.

Should I have all the town names in my 'About us' page? Just the prioity 1 & 2 towns?
How many town names should I list?

    Cheers for the help.

and if he does that what he'll find is that "wooton common emergency callout electrician" has never been searched for.
If you actually search for those terms, you'll find that what comes up is business directories, so your best strategy is to get yourself listed in those. After that, get a listing in Google local - https://www.google.com/accounts/Ser...ter?hl=en-gb&gl=GB&service=lbc&hl=en-GB&gl=GB

I am not sure if this will do anything, but I saw an option google webmaster tools to choose your target location. Again, I am not sure what that is for.

    Hi all
Sorry for delay in replying, I have lost the ability to log in on FireFox: Anyone else having that?

I am listed on all the appropriate Business Directories, Goog WebMasters location targeted etc. etc.

What I'm really after is keyword advice, both on my site, and the text I use for those directories?
E.g. - Should I have all the above town names in my 'About us' page?
    - Just the priority 1 & 2 towns?
How many town names should I list?

Should I list them in order of geographic nearness? Customer-wealth priority with respect to my business?
If I list all the town names, do I less my penetration for the priority 1 & 2 towns?
    Cheers again

    Any further thoughts on micro-geo-targeting?
