How to merge myBB forum into my vBulletin powered forums?

    I am planning on buying a forums powered by myBB to merge it into my forums powered by vBulletin. I just want to transfer all members and posts. Is it even possible, if yes can someone please explain it how? Maybe editing sql data base or some web based utility of plugin?
