Hi I am working in a classic car company as a web person. I have great command on SEO and online marketing. My CEO offered me if i get customers using online marketing, he will give me commission. Currently I am doing seo, link building, adwords advertising etc. The question is how can measure the effectiveness of online marketing so that if someone is coming because of online ads/seo effort, I should be rewarded for that?
