Buy some mailing software or install a mailing script on your site. Blast away and don't be surprised that you have lost your ISP and/or hosting account after receiving one or two complaints.

Spamming is not THAT good, apart from being illegal...You may get a whole lot of complaints and threats even when you - or somebody else - may have harvested the email addresses legally. They may also report you to your IP...a pain in the... neck.

I don't think so but first I would check what your terms and condition say when users register at your site. If it doesn't stipulate not e-mailing your registered users you're good to go.

before you do this wait from some more responses

I don't understand how it can be spammed if you collected the email yourself and they opted-in. Its not like you bought a list of emails.

What's the point of running a newsletter then????

It's not spamming if the people recieving the email have a method of contacting the original emailer and getting their email removed from the list.
