    Any Idea on how to mass delete about 1000 posts at the same time on wordpress? or how to delete a category and its posts at the same time ?

    Any plugins ?

    could delete them via db admin (like phpmyadmin)

    The quickest way would be to delete them from the database, be careful if you are not familiar with it though, you could whip out the blog!
