How to marketing a new app

    I'm working on marketing a new app. Any guidance on how to identify testers, site to submit for reviews etc? It's my first time marketing an app so any shared lessons learned would be awesome!

    Do you have your own website yet? That should be the first step. What is the app? I can probably give you some ideas.

    We're working on a site. Right now we just have a url and a coming soon message. It's an app that maps your city, has promotions, check ins, rewards. Think Foursquare but with some key differences.
