How to market the Career Portal?

    I have started a career portal with sample question papers and interview tips here http://www.careerhelper.blogspot.com My targeted audience will be the freshers and job seekers.

    I like to market this site. Any suggestion on the look and feel of the site?

    Have anybody had similar kind of experience before?

    I would definitely target any college related terms. Aiming for graduates looking for that first job.

    I have enough content for the Job seekers. The thing is I want to show my Career Blog to the world, so that it gets enough traffic.

    Is there any way other that submitting the blog to Directories?
