how to market proxy websites and get people to use yours

alright im new to proxy sites and was wondering how you guys get people to you proxy sites? is the only way to get listed in proxy list websites and hope for the best?

The only thing i can tell you is what not to do. I have heard alot of people who had problems with adsense after advertising thier proxy on some proxy sites. Not toplist sites but sites that make you pay per click for traffic.

Think of some unique features that might interest your users. If one person has an idea I doubt they'll share it :-D

 

submit to toplists, buy bold listings on proxy.org, work on getting a higher rank in google! all i can think off

 

do not submit to proxy.org theres a bot click bombing the list and its been going on for weeks.

people are selling theyre listing on proxy.org cause some people are being banned from google. do a search here or you can find the info in my sig. good luck.

With the present condition of proxy websites hosting adsense I would suggest keeping away from adsense a little while... There was a massive sabotage that was done recently... where many/most proxy owners were affected... I have over a 100 proxies myself and I had to remove adsense myself.

But then there are other ways to make up for it... cause frankly after removing adsense I am making more from my proxies than adsense ever made... its all about experimenting...

so basically get listed on proxy sites and replace adsense with something else?

are only proxy lists the way to go to get some traffic? i have other sites but ive heard proxies are a great way to earn some extra adsense revenue.

 

there are several ways to get traffic. link exchanging is a good way.

you can do many other things to get it higher but it depends on if you want fast traffic or steady traffic.

did you go CPA ? or just another textual ads Co. ?

 

i ahve just added my site to 120 top proxy lists. i will see if this does anything for my site.
