Nice looking site. When your site gets bigger, and if you want this to be like the next Rent a Coder or Elance, I would suggest you remove the Google ads. They don't look suitable for the type of site you are having.
Nice that you like my site I will remove the ads when users can pay for more space ( as I said in the previous post ).

You have a really good site there, very professional looking. When i saw it i thought that it was some big website which has a lot of users, it just looks soo professional. That other guy who bagged it has issues, probably his site isn't as good looking so he is scrutinizing yours to mask his pain or something Nice work with it, sorry i can't give you any tips to help you as I pretty much found this thread while looking for something to give me ideas to market my forum lol.
