Hi, My celebrity blog was down for around 20 days due to hosting problems and now its back,but i lost the databse,My efforts have not been wasted and I got a PR4 for doing good link building...How do I start marketing and get in traffic again...is there any way i can earn revenue from it My celebrity blog is http://celebsfame.info
I would imagine the best way is to get mentioned on other targeted blogs, reciprocating content etc. Then make content compelling enough that users will stay & tell their friends.
Are you sure that all of your traffic has been lost? I'd imagine that a few visitors will still trickle in here and there if the links still exist. I don't have much experience with marketing celebrity related sites as there is such a huge market for them, but I do have a couple of design tips to offer... If you want the blog to be a success I'd really recommend you design a logo. A simple text logo won't cut it these days. You should also get rid of the "this is the tagline" underneath the logo or actually make up a catchy tagline. The "Page 2" and "Category" navigation links at the top of the page are broken. Also remember to rename them.
