    Youtube has a ton of traffic, make a good video and talk about Google and give some free tips, mention your boook once or twice no longer than a few seconds. DO NOT MAKE IT AN AD just provide good tips and people will feel interested in learning more and they might go to your site.

    If you has a unique technique for people to increase their income from adsense I"m sure you can market it well using forum marketing, JV and mailing list.

    Yea it works a lot, also add titles and descriptions that are relevant to your book, this results also appear on the main Google site, this is very targetted traffic that converts very good.
