This is a good question, I have been wondering about that myself. What I have done for my site so far is to submit to web directories and promote it on FB and Twitter. If there are any ways, it would be great if someone would share it.
Ask other arcade site owners if they would swap links with you... Here are two that I know would be more than interested to swap links for you: gamingpark.com mad4flash.com Contact the webmasters and just outright ask them if their interested...Reciprocal links from other arcade sites will help you since you probably don't have the same games on your sites, so the more the better!
