Or do you just promote related products and websites and have text links on your own websites pointing visitors there ? it doesn't really matter, if your existing site is related and is already getting visitors then you will have less work to do promoting it. If you wanted to go down the PPC route and didnt want to add things to your own site then a mini site is the way to go. the reason paid search companies say that is to stop you creating an adwords (or whatever) ad where the link is just your affiliate link to the product or site.
