I'd really like some advice on the topic "how to market a profession." At a hospital there are several professions, like nursing and hospital administrators. How would you promote a healthcare profession like hospital administrators at a hospital (and to the public)? What I'm looking for is some advice on how hospital administrators / people with administrative tasks can be more visible, and get more prestige and acknowledgement. Thanks.
