There you have it you said MySpace, now follow up your answer and join all groups associated with gaming, start your own MySpace group, start blogging about your new site (with MySpace and Blogger/Wordpress).

Join relevant forums and include link to your signature there.

Start writing articles about your site, including links in your bio.

    Link to other gaming sites.

The possibilities are endless, go out there and do it.

    Hi There

    Three things I noticed.

    1. I see you are using adsense down the left hand side. What is your intention with the site - to create an income from absence or for the visitor to stay on your site for another purpose? If it is another purpose then I would get rid of the absence as it will take visitors away from your site.

    2. You have a login box at the bottom right... but what is it for? Do members use this to log in - or is it for you to log in to your back office? It's a little confusing to the casual visitor. You should have an opt in box and collect as many names and addresses as you can. You will need to provide the visitor with a benefit for joining... like regular game tips and cheats, or locations to source cheap games. Give them a reason and keep in contact... then when you come across something that pays an affiliate commission you can send your subscribers there... even if its a 'hard to find' game you have seen on ebay.

    3. When I arrived at the site (knowing nothing about PS3) I was confronted with a list of things I knew nothing about. I would suggest a Headline just to explain the purpose of the site.

Finally why not create a links page and get some relevant link exchanges organised. This will help with your SEO and increase your traffic. You could start off with a service like linkmarket.com which is free and simple to use.

Well done for taking some action and getting your site up. You just need to do some tweaking and promotion.

    Good Luck

    Baz

yeh Myspace is the best way to start. Also if your a member of other forums, put links in your signature and make them catchy and just sit and wait.

Add some forums will help keep visitors on your site a bit longer.
