Use stumbleupon , digg , submit to forums such as : http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=money+saving+forum&btnG=Search Then you could have links in your Sig to your site.... Target keywords with Adsense etc?
There are plenty of relevant blogs out there for coupons and shopping deals. Find them and post good comments and leave a url back to your site. In most cases they are nofollow links, but sometimes you'll get lucky and other times you might still get some traffic from it.
