We recently made new and in my opinion quite good flash game. I thought many people would play it but for now too few people have found it.
I tried to market it through facebook, twitter and some other social websites. I wonder what else can be done?

You can try to get it sponsored on FlashGameLicense. It might be difficult to do so if your game has already been released in the wild, however.

In-game ads, such as CPMStar, NG ads, Mochiads, or MindJolt's ads might help you to monetize your game as well.

We want to market a self-sponsored game. We've sold some games but now my priority is developing our portal.

We use mochi ads and the game is now on the feed for distribution. What else can be done?

You can try adwords, flash game niche doesnt cost much
Also, you might try on some affiliate program such as cj

Flash games are generally played on arcade sites. Start one of your own, or see if any arcade site owners on this forum would add it for you (for free or $).

Can't you submit games on newgrounds? if so, I would do that. You can then either put ads in your game or put a link back to your site.

Newgrounds, Kongregate, and Mindjolt (although they aren't accepting as many games these days) are portals where you can gets tons of exposure.

I post my game on Newgrounds and Kongregate but I get very strange response.
Here is the gameplay, I don't think its a bad game. Pretty hard but many people really liked it.

So I wonder why I get bad response from these two sites.

    Hi,

    You could try Project Wonderful.
Be wise by choosing well positioned ads and keep in mind that a good layout is essential to attract clicks.
Usually skyscrapers are a good format.

    Best regards,

    José
