I have a pretty great fiverr account: http://fiverr.com/users/ttdub_1 with what I believe to be some great gigs, but I'm not quite sure how to continue marketing them. It's main focus is for marketing websites or blogs for only $5, which I've done myself with my gig, and it has yielded quite a bit of good results, but I think I want to do something that is great for fiverr gigs specifically. Anyway, what do you guys think?
You can market it on Youtube by creating videos about your services or offer your services on classified sites like Craigslist under the services offered section.
Do as much SMM work as you can, I know that fiverr lets you share your work in these forms of media. Just my first thoughts on a cheap way to market yourself.
There are many ways to promote a fiverr gig. But first of all, i will like to remind you that a gig is just link an affiliate link. If i should ask where would you promote your affiliate link, article marketing, blogging, forum, social network and several others. You can take this to the next level by creating a website targeting the keywords of your gig. Fiverr itself receive a lot of traffic, if you are highly rated you will get a high place on their site which means more traffic and sales for you.
I'll start http://www.Buckerr.com soon with good marketing. You can register and sell your Gigs at no cost till I'll get great traffic. So if you register now, all the dollars made will be yours (no fee).
you could create a facebook account for your gigs. also, sign up for some of the various sities like fiverr with the same gigs. You will get a different set of customers
use the advantage of great social network facebook, pages twiter, fan page yahoo google chrome more.. youtube blogs pastebin and many hope you like
Make sure you will signin in your fiverr account atlest 6 times a day and keep logging in for 4 to 8 hours daily so they can see you are an Active user and then they are going to show your gig on first page .
I'd take a close look at the top gigs for each of your services. Copy the keywords, the tone of the description, picture type, etc. from the top players, and you'll have an edge.
This is a great thread. We use Fiverr and other gig sites to generate leads and build business relationships. It's a great place to make some money, but the real gold is in building great relationships that lead to bigger and better things. These tips are great. I especially like the idea of regularly logging into Fiverr. I didn't realize this was a factor. I end up logging in each day anyway, but I will make it a point not to miss a day. Thanks!
