How to manually mark items paid

I brought an item here, and due to some PayPal regulatory problem I was unable to complete the transaction in PayPal. I made the payment to the seller in other form.
Now the item is still showing unpaid in my "Items You Have Won" area. The seller is unable to mark that item as paid.
Anyone tell me how to do this, so that I can direct the seller.

Items cannot be marked as "paid" manually. It has to be done by the system and that happens only when you pay it via DP. (Instant pay)

So the order will remain unpaid, and will show as unpaid in my profile tough I have paid for that !!
It's not fair, @digitalpoint you must take a look at this, and make necessary changes in future so that the seller can manually mark any item as paid.

They can delete your bid if they want.

I donot know if the seller can delete the bid, as the item has been marked as sold.
But I know you can delete it.
    Here is the thread
And I think that you should include above mentioned option in near future.

It had been mentioned about 5,000 times. It also emails you about it so you can pay when you win an auction and also tells you how to pay when you visit the page. How exactly would you prefer to have been notified? Did you want us to call you?

Yes the seller can cancel your bid. Ask the seller, rather than admin/moderator.
